Day by day

In this section, you will find lots of activities designed to stimulate your child’s growth and development.

You’ll also find helpful hints on how to make it easier to care for your baby.

Videos are grouped by age. Each set of videos is accompanied by explanatory text. If your child was born preterm, be sure to use “corrected age” up until age 2 years.

You can also look at the MODULES section of this website for further practical information. The first two modules in particular, Decoding Behaviour and Positioning, integrate well with this section.

Before you begin

  • Loosen the baby’s diaper for comfort.
  • Dress the baby in comfortable clothing for freedom of movement.
  • Position the baby according to basic principles
